Shipping within the Continental United States

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping rates are $8.85  for orders under $50.00 dollars. Orders of $50.00 dollars or more will recieve free shipping. Shipping origin is in Los Angeles, CA. Allow 3-5 business days before receiving. Eastern United States may take longer to recieve your order.

 Returns Policy

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of purchaser. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return product within 20 days of purchase in original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. Damage Claims

Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise please email support@spunglassnmore.com and include the product SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.
